hi im alan living in dublin,im doing a course to get qualified to be a welder,which if passed ill be qualified in arc,mig,tig.ive done gas welding but this course wont be covering it so i wont be a qualified gas welder but i can gas weld mild plate and pipe comfortably.

driving work: ive a full irish B car licence with alot of experince driving.id like to do some driving abroad in either safe or danger zones.doesnt bother me,if givin a high powered car i can get away from any situation if needed.

so if your interested in taking me on for either positions ill be available to go ASAP.

Alan, based on some of my research of the types of jobs looked for in Afghanistan and Iraq, it appears that welders and truck drivers are in demand. Hopefully, the schooling you are acquiring in welding will qualify you for that type of technical job. I'm not sure if your driving experience is with cars only or if you have truck driving experience as well. CDL license for driving trucks is something you may want to explore, since most of the driving jobs I've noticed are for light, medium and heavy truck drivers. The volume of information dealing with overseas jobs is (Afghanistan & Iraq) is too much to mention. I encourage you to research hard and network as much as possible. Each time I pull up and overseas web-site, I see new and interesting information. Some is helpful and some is not. So be patient but diligent. Best of luck too you.
