IT/Communications Jobs
by: Doc

Jobs in the IT field overseas are plentiful if you can get on with the right company. Most of the technical companies hiring are mission specific to the task. ITT, Fluor, Dyncorp, have aviation and ground based positions open. But the only question would be; As an Army Reserve Soldier, would you be able to fulfill your obligations to your contract while overseas? I think it would be of high importance to contact your chain of command to be sure you would not be in violation of your required duties. I am also of the mind that any company which would hire you, probably wouldn't look favorably on flying you home once a month. The Military may accommodate you by allowing you to be attached to a Contracting Company which is performing mission critical jobs to a particular Unit, but again, those jobs don't exist, at least they didn't.
Good luck.
