The only real equirement to work abroad is to have a Valid Passport or be able to posess one. The abuility to Posess a Passport generally means you have no criminal record, I say generally because all companies will probably do a pre employment background check and health screen for Hep. HIV, and other contageous deseases, diabetes, epelepsy, illness's requiring meds, etc.. . Some Psych. evaluations may be required depending on the job also. Jobs which are in demand are also the ones you want to be trained for as they probably won't need Floral arrangers in a combat zone. Construction and skilled trades are still popping and many tech. jobs.
Good luck.
