Dear Geoff,
As for working in a Security installation I can only assume you had been employed as a Guard.
Except for persons guilty of Non Combatant Crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Military shares responsibility with local Forces for the incarceration of Hostiles.
Many sites advertise for persons with a Security background such as Law Enforcement, however, I have not come across any that are advertising for Guards.
This in no way means they do not exist, you might be able to find a company with a new contract through Logcap.
Dyncorp handles a lot of Security contracts, however, they are more into the Police Training aspect.
