Entry-Level Oppurtunities for Recent College Graduates

Hello,

I will be graduating this May of 2010 with a bachelors degree in psychology and am very interested in working overseas. Are there entry-level jobs for recent college graduates with use to areas of studies like mine? I have been getting the impression that most overseas contracting jobs are for established, experienced professions only and that the entry-level jobs are few and far between.

First of all, thank you for the laugh.
When I was in Iraq, our company Medics would tell you to "Drink more water" if you walked in with a tramatic amputation of your arm, so I think you might actually be over qualified.
