The problem with getting jobs overseas is that you always feel if you go through a "Job site" that charges, you have a better chance. The truth may be that you are paying somebody to submit your application for you.
Military Contracts overseas are going to have a particular title such as Logcap (Logistics Civilian Augmentation Program) and I always thought it was "Civil", anyway, contracts which have been given out under "Logcap 4" will have company names listed. Some contract holders looking for employee's are Dyncorp, ITT, Fluor and KBR. These are by no means the only companies that are hiring, but they do have the Lions share of meaty contracts requiring workers. The job you want may not be the job you get though, ie; In 2005, a young man is hired to work in Iraq on automobile air-conditioning, however, when he gets there they put him to work on Truck Reefers.... Crash course and OJT. I suffered no angst as I thought he was a little jerk, but you get my point.

Look up what companies have Governmental contracts on line, find the ones who have openings that suit you, submit a resume' and start applying, but remember, just because you have your heart set on Iraq, doesn't mean you aren't going to be sent to another country like Qatar, Djibouti, Afghanistan, etc...

To be deployed you will need to be able to acquire a Passport, pass a medical exam, no criminal record or any flags on a background check, no back child support and a Partridge in a Pear Tree.

Good luck, and do the foot work yourself... It's cheaper.
