Is middle east jobs open to Nigerian professionals.

Dear Sir,
I felt good when I saw job site on the internet and thank God the my dream to work in the middle east is fulfilled but unfortunately when I began to search for jobs in kuwait, oman and UAE most of the jobs were designated for American citizens.
Please confirm if Nigerian are qualified to work in the middle east and send me such job openings .
