I lived in Korea for 3 years and learned Korean fast enough to pass the Korean language aptitude test at Keimyung university which shows I can learn new skills quickly.

I was in Indonesia for three years running a silver jewelry busines so between Korea and Indonesia it shows I've got no problem living overseas for extended lengths. It also shows many other obvious skills such as mental flexibility, acceptance of other cultures, amiability etc...

I wrote a book called The Write Song about how to compose music, and improvisations in a few hours even if you don?t know anything about it. It uses Expert System computer programming approaches to provide a user-friendly system for giving beginning and intermediate composers the capabilities for composing music.

I was able to figure out how to put music together which was picked up by music libraries.

Those are complex skill sets that involve working on a problem from the bottom up and the top down simultaneously.

I can do more than just push a pencil however.

Researchers say that Music is a meta "way of knowing." This gives me an advantage over other learners because I can see the global picture.

Composers are often hired by product development/design companies because we can create many viable permutations and transformations.

I studied Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for three semesters and do strength training regularly based on Bruce Lee's method from the book, The Art of Expressing the Human Body.

I've worked as a life guard, later worked in a group home for the developmentally disabled and was trained in first aid, and cpr.

I washed windows on the outside of the Hilton Hotel in Las Vegas which shows I'm not phased by heights.

Drove an RV alot

Currently I teach science, English and music in Thailand. I'm good at first understanding, then explaining complex concepts.
