You have a peculiar job which doesn't translate well to the Middle East. Construction on bases consists of Containers which are stacked on top of each other for living units, or trailers pulled side by side then attached. Mudding is not something needed for temporary situations such as these.

However, construction in Dubai may be a good opportunity to connect up with. One word of caution; Make sure the company you hire on to is accountable in English Courts to be sure you can get your money out of them.

Back in the 1980's Holmes and Narver had many of the contract jobs in the Sinai, but, I date myself. They may have many structural contracts around the globe still, which may be worth looking into.
