Psychologist Jobs in the War Zone

I'm a Ph.D. level clinical psychologist currently working as a contractor for the military. My specialty is treating Service Members returning from the war zones. I really want to take my skills to the war zone. Any suggestions on whom to contact??

Not Psychology, per se.

Fluor has jobs with "Human Relations" which are technically not a Psychologist position, but it is a way to get in the door and it also requires some psychology experience. The title follows;
Job Abbreviation Title HR Specialist - Recruiter
Job Description This is a Tier II position with Tier II benefits.
