Not good.

Almost every company contracting overseas has strict health requirements so as not to lose any employees to preventable injuries and deaths. All medications must be kept by the employee and in many cases a 1 years supply is the standard. High blood pressure, diabetes and heart ailments requiring nitro are instant disqualifiers.
Now for the good news; With your background you may be able to land a job in the oilfields of Montana and North Dakota paying about what you would make overseas (But you would have to pay all required taxes.
